Once again Phil and Co are organizing a weekend away for the Observers.

As many of you will know, Llandrindod Wells is an ideal location for touring the lakes, mountains and coast of Wales and is an interesting town itself. http://www.llandrindod.co.uk/

We will be staying at the Metropole Hotel. http://www.metropole.co.uk/

The Hotel will cost £165 for 3 night’s accommodation, dinner (3 course menu with 3 choices per course, tea or coffee), and a full Welsh breakfast. The price also includes the use of the Spa facilities.

The above rate is for the single occupancy of single rooms (All 20 single rooms available have been reserved).

Should anyone require a twin or a double room for single occupancy a supplement of £15 per room per night would apply.

Should anyone wish to share twin double accommodation the above rates would be reduced by £5 per person/night. ( 2 twin rooms have been reserved at this time).

If you are an Observer and would like to attend the weekend please contact Phil for a reservation form which should be completed and sent to him along with a cheque payable to him for the sum of £20/per person as a deposit no later than 15th December 2009.

Single rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that he is looking to limit the number to a maximum of 25 bikes! Also note that riding will be the main emphasis of the weekend although it may include a visit to somewhere in the plan! Phil
